What is this? We will try to be clear; we will start from the beginning. Regional communities had their own company or plant. Interaction:
This is the main feature of a website. Every design element transmits a message from the company to the consumers, making the recipient a passive one. However, the Internet site offers the possibility of responding to the message the company sends. Through the contact section the user can tell the company how he feels about the message he receives or ask any doubt, give suggestions, make comments, etc. In turn, the company can answer the user back. Thus, dialogue is established. This dialogue is highly important when thinking about a marketing campaign. Why? Because, through this interaction, the company can get information about the likes, goals, dislikes, etc. of the client. This information is priceless and can be used to conduct an exceptional marketing campaign.
The interaction we are talking about could be called user-company, since a person communicates with another ?for instance, a client with a businessman. The one that follows is called user-site, since here there is no a relationship among people, but an interaction between the user and the Web page, without any other human intervention. How does this work? When a person receives a design element, such as the leaflet, he has no choice to decide if he is interested in the information or not —this is right there and he has to analyze it. However, the website does not reach the user, he reaches the site. Once on the page, the user will have the opportunity to get informed about what he wants. He will enter the section he wants and find out exactly what he wants. Thus, the client is not bothered with advertising he does not want and he is correctly informed about what he is interested in. The fact that the user himself finds out the info he wants, creates a good disposition on his part and makes the interaction nicer.
